1. Adopts US-made Dosmatic proportional injector with
accurate mix design.
2. Adopts US-made ARO diaphragm pump (with Teflon liner)
that has a long life span and low failure rate.
3. Raw liquid tank comes with a level sensor which signals
and stops further mixing; it also activates an indicator and
alarm when the raw liquid tank level is unstable.
4. The output pressure sensor for mixed liquid activates an
indicator and alarm when the output pressure is low; it
also reserves one terminal set for connection to the alarm
system of the die-casting machine.
5. When the mixed liquid falls below the lower limit level,
it will automatically carry out proportional mixing for the
release agent.
